Simple Terms of Sale
Delivery:
To ensure your order is tracked and delivered on time, it will be sent via Australia Post by Registered Mail, Express Post or International Registered Post. You will just be charged the actual costs for packing, handling and postage and nothing extra. Any order exceeding A$100.00, an additional insurance will be bought to cover for loss, damage or reproduction costs. Please note that every precaution shall be taken during packing to ensure that your order arrives intact.
Payment options:
1. Direct deposit via National Australian Bank is available. Please make sure you quote your order number as this would help us to process your order immediately. To alert us of your purchase and bank transaction kindly email us or contact us of the deposit made.
2. Payment through PAYPAL is accepted .
3. Money order and personal cheque is accepted however your order will be processed after payment is cleared.
Refunds/Returns:
There shall be no refunds or returns. If there are any issues upon receipt of the consignment to contact Le Creaciones immediately.
Should the consignment be damaged or lost during transit, please notify us so that remedial action can be taken immediately, first with Australia Post to lodge the complaint and then for replacements.
